Welcome to the CBC Prayer Walk Team Prayer Request Page.  Just fill out the form below and it will be sent to a member of our Prayer Walk Team.  The team member will pray at the time the request is received and the team will pray again during the next prayer walk.

You do not need to leave your name, but you may do so if you desire.  You may leave your first name only, or your entire name.  We do ask that you type in the name of your neighborhood or your street name.  That way, when we walk through that neighborhood we will pray for your request again.  You will not be contacted by us unless you request us to do so and leave us your contact information.
